I bought a pair of UGG boot last week, it is cozy, warm and good quality with affordable price. Much appreciated the salesperson wait for me until 5:30pm. I usually finish my work at 5:00pm. Almost all Ugg shops are closed at that time.😭😭 So I called this UGG shop and ask if it is possible they can wait 10 minutes for me that I can get a pair of warm shoe on that day. The sales lady did not closed the shop until I arrived and bought the shoe I like.👍😊😊
